About

The Alchemy West Committee

Community comes in all shapes, sizes, and manner of beings, and we have found  ours. We call it Alchemy West. We’ve come together at our online magazine, Bridging the Paradigms, to tell our stories.

The Alchemy West Committee is a diverse group of beings. Our goal? Contribute to the welfare of our conscious, evolving planet by creating community with all life. How? By telling true stories about how the world works and plays together.

Stories matter. That’s why we’re telling them.

We also just like to hang out. Here’s a place where you can hang out with us, and with the other beings who have stories to tell. Including you.

We are very aware of how ‘out there’ we are. The question is: how ‘out there’ are you?

Robyn M Fritz MA MBA

Human.

Intuitive. Writer.  Speaker. Teacher.

Motto: Speak truth, build community, laugh.

Robyn is an intuitive, writer,  speaker, and teacher. She believes that telling stories creates good will, good humor,  and great communities.  That’s why she’s getting as many stories as she can out into the world: her stories and those of the beings we didn’t know had stories, from the animals in our lives to our homes, businesses, nature, and the conscious evolving planet we all share. She lives in Seattle with her multi-species family, the Cavalier King Charles Spaniels Murphy and Alki and Grace the Cat.

Murphy Brown Fritz

Dog.

Ambassador. Peacemaker.

Jokester. Squeaky Toy Aficionado.

Motto: Be one big happy family—with cookies.

Murphy is a Blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, born July 16, 1998. She and Robyn became a family in October 1998. It was Murphy who first got Robyn thinking that the world was a much different place than anyone suspected. Murphy’s innate streets smarts, her health issues that so eerily mirrored Robyn’s, her good-humored zest for life despite chronic illness, her frantic alert to an earthquake fully two minutes before it occurred just couldn’t be ignored.  The story of how Murphy inspired her family’s journey to wellness and sparked Robyn’s intuitive abilities is their next book, Murphy’s Tales.

Alki Fritz

Dog.

Court Jester. Energy Master.

Goofbucket. Primo Stick Fetcher.

Motto: I’m as smart as I need to be.

Alki is a tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He was born December 25, 2001, and has been, accidentally by design, part of the family ever since. His sunny, buoyant personality delights people of all ages and occasionally annoys the cat. Alki enjoys lots of food, cuddling, eating sticks while fetching them, playing soccer, and, unfortunately, sporadic inappropriate barking.  Alki appears to be all about playing and goofing off, but he’s actually a powerful energy master who actively protects the space and people around him as he helps facilitate the emergence of a new dimensional energy on the planet. Go figure.

Grace the Cat Fritz

Cat.

Iconoclast. Family Fanatic.

Dog Vaulter. Bird Watcher. Bug Hunter.

Motto: Dogs walk their talk. Cats zigzag and climb it.

Grace the Cat is a black-and-white cat mutt born approximately March 29, 2003. A pistol and a hoot, Grace is constantly teaching her family the meaning of ‘cat,’ and they usually wouldn’t have it any other way. Grace also defies cat stereotypes, as she is always where her family is, and can’t be left alone overnight. It is Grace’s ‘abnormal’ behavior as a cat that helped Robyn define a multi-species family: family members first, species second. When Grace is not offering advice or acting as the proverbial ‘familiar’ she’s scolding birds; scouting for coyotes, eagles, raccoons, and neighborhood action; and hogging the sunspots.

Fallon

Citrine Lemurian Quartz Sphere.

Crystal Ball. Rare Planetary/Dimensional Energy.

Sage. Paradigm Bridge. Ambassador.

Motto: I am a gift from the earth to its people.

After lifetimes apart Fallon and Robyn met again in early 2009, and became partners in December 2009. Starting in summer 2010 they started offering private sessions and group events so people could experience Fallon’s unique energy and receive personal messages from him. During a Fallon session even people new to crystals have seen ancient lands, animals, and other beings; experienced healing, balancing, and emotional release; and just plain had fun meeting and interacting with a compassionate, talking ancient being. Robyn and Fallon also do space clearing, which they call space cooperating, because it involves an active partnership with human and other beings and the space involved. Respectful, matter-of-fact, and true intuitive partners, Robyn and Fallon actively promote creating community with all life, whether it’s visible or not, and insist that woo-wooey, at least with them, is relevant, practical, and fun.

Grey – Planetary Guide

Spirit Guide.

Paradigm Bridge. Counselor.

Grey is a planetary spirit guide who began assisting Robyn when she started speaking and working with planetary forces in 2004. Grey facilitates communication with weather and earth systems, from hurricanes to volcanoes. Grey has had previous incarnations as an indigenous elder, and has shown Robyn new dimensions within the Yellowstone ecoystem. Patient and wise, he is also good-humored and empathetic and enjoys the diversity of the Alchemy West community.

M – the Car

Toyota Matrix.

Family Transport. Spiritual Guide.

Protector. Advisor.

M joined the family in spring 2004 after abruptly dropping in and saying to Robyn, “Hi, I’m your car.” Ever practical, Robyn realized that car shopping had just become as easy as asking him what kind of car he was: he said he was M, a Matrix. Five car dealers and three states later M became part of the family. He’s helped reveal ‘car culture,’ safely transports the family, offers sometimes unsolicited but good advice, protects the family, and teams with Robyn, Mount St. Helens, and other committee members to visit other beings in other parts of the planet.

Mount St. Helens

Active Volcano in Washington State.

Paradigm Bridge. Friend of the Universe. Spiritual Center of the Pacific Northwest.

Motto: I hold the earth and the sky.

Robyn first talked with Mount St. Helens in September 2004, as the beloved Northwest volcano was roaring back to a visibly active life. It was Mount St. Helens who first talked with Robyn about how all beings can contribute to the welfare of the planet, how we choose what we do,  how we do it, and how we can talk with and learn from each other. Together they figured out how to bridge paradigms and create community by forging a consensus on the consequences of our actions. They frequently visit places and beings around the planet together. Mount St. Helens joined the Alchemy West Committee at its inception in the Fall of 2008. She once read a book with Robyn (“boring”) and complains that Robyn visits Yellowstone instead of her because “they have cheese crunchies and cabins and bathrooms.” True. Lorena, Queen of the Dragons

Queen of the Dragons.

Paradigm Bridge. Dimensional Ambassador.

Planetary Peacemaker. Feminist Leader.

Lorena, Dragon Queen, joined the family in the fall of 2005, shortly after Robyn became aware that dragons realio trulio existed. Since then nothing and no one has come near the family without Lorena’s permission. Dragons are (currently)  interdimensional beings who actively participate in the balance of natural forces on the planet. Peaceful and loving beings, dragons are also fiercely devoted to truth, integrity, and community harmony. Lorena joined the Alchemy West Committee at its inception in the Fall of 2008. She says that ‘this’ time women (feminine energy) must step up and be equal partners with men (masculine energy), so she actively supports strong women who seek to create a new enlightened, loving community.

Raymond the Bear and Ralph the Deer

Raymond the Bear and Ralph the Deer lived, and died, in northern California. Robyn and a close friend met them intuitively while they were alive, and now work and visit with them. This intuitive connection with humans helped Raymond and Ralph become close telepathic friends in life, despite being a black bear and a mule deer who lived in the same area. Today Raymond and Ralph frequently visit Robyn and her friend and are active participants in, and protectors of, the Alchemy West community. Both are serious, fun-loving partners in Robyn’s intuitive work. The story of these best friends is another book coming soon from Alchemy West: Raymond the Bear, Ralph the Deer, and Life Forever After.

Yellowstone National Park

Protected Wild Space.

Lodestone. Paradigm Bridge. Peacemaker.

Motto: Balance within diversity.

Yellowstone National Park has been part of Robyn’s life since she was a kid, took one look at Old Faithful and the surrounding land, and said, “Wow, this is a giant volcano!”  Now Yellowstone is a lodestone for Robyn’s work with the planet. This rare combination of protected wildlife, rugged landscape, and diverse geothermal features fascinates and sustains those who treasure the diversity of nature, and Yellowstone adores them. Protecting this place for the world is crucial to promoting peace and community with all beings, including human. Yellowstone accepted Robyn’s invitation to join the Alchemy West Committee at its inception in 2008.

Alki Beach

Puget Sound Beach.

Home. Ocean. Life. Paradigm Bridge.

Motto: Nature and city unite.

Alki Beach is home to the Fritz family and to Alchemy West. An active participant in building community in the Northwest, Alki Beach is the only place in Seattle where you can live and work in a salt water community, combining the wildness and diversity of ocean with protected nature in a 21st-century city. The spirit of Alki Beach forms the banner for Alchemy West, and is the water lapping Mount St. Helens in our logo. Alki Beach is love of the planet within the planet, and love of family, as it generously offered its name,  Alki, to Robyn’s difficult son, an action that promptly resolved his serious behavior issues. Alki Beach is literally the ground beneath the Alchemy West community.
